Courses I have developed and taught at CSC - IT Center for Science Ltd include:

Data Analysis with R (introductory course on data wrangling, plotting and statistics)
Microbial Community Analysis with Chipster (intermediate course on amplicon data analysis)
Puhti R/RStudio Workshop (introductory course on using R on the Puhti supercomputer)

I have also taught R courses at the University of Helsinki (KLTO-132 Statistics with R).
